Our clean, fully controllable heat is the first choice of private owners in high-rise properties across Aberdeen. Our aim as a not-for-profit company is to provide low-cost, low-maintenance heat, and our customers report a significant reduction in their heating bills while enjoying thermostatically-controlled radiators in every room.
All our heat is provided from low-carbon sources. We already use a number of new technologies and are exploring further sources, including renewables and waste heat from the energy-from-waste plant in Torry. Our supply is reliable, with maintenance taking place in the summer to minimise disruption. In the event of an issue, we prioritise elderly and other vulnerable customers and attend all customers within specified time limits.

They replaced my previous unsightly and inefficient radiators with five pristine white radiators, each with its own controls.
