AH&P delivers affordable, clean, fully controllable heat to thousands of Aberdeen City Council high-rise tenants.
Our principal aim as a not-for-profit company is to provide low-cost heat, and our domestic customers typically see a 40% reduction in their heating bills. We provide thermostatically-controlled radiators in all rooms and — together with a master thermostat — this gives residents full control.
We are fully committed to maximum reliability, and maintenance work is wherever possible carried out over the summer to ensure no disruption to supply. If something unscheduled does happen to interrupt our service, we always attend promptly and give priority to elderly and other vulnerable customers.

I have five independently-controlled radiators in my two-bedroom flat and this ensures that I can easily control the heat level at my discretion. So my heating requirements are met by a clean and efficient service, and I reckon my monthly bill is very competitive.
